Description
Beinn Choradail overlooks dark upland water and the South Uist coast, with a rocky ridge, amber grassland and distant pale beaches stretching between the hills and the Atlantic beyond.
Large broken slabs lie across the lower slope, their pale faces catching the light. A small blue loch sits beneath a sharp drop to the left. Beyond the ridges, a long strip of sand follows the coast, with scattered offshore shapes fading into the sea.
The retained reference follows the east ridge of Beinn Corradail, providing this elevated outlook for Beinn Choradail. Inland rock and open Atlantic water appear close together, a defining feature of the island's hills. Golden turf softens the near ridge, while the darker loch and the far coastal margin give depth to the view below.
