Description
Anderby Creek gives a Lincolnshire beach day an unexpected focal point, with reflective discs above the dunes offering a playful coastal welcome beside a long sweep of sea.
Five round mirrors tilt on tall blue supports, catching fragments of cream cloud and clear sky. Below them, dense low shrubs surround pointed grass tufts. A small timber shelter sits beside a sandy route, with pale shore and narrow white breakers continuing towards orange banks in the distance.
At Anderby Creek, the mirrors make the changing weather feel close enough to examine while the beach remains open behind them. Their firm uprights contrast with the low, wind shaped growth, giving the broad coast a cheerful foreground. Someone who loves seaside walks with a surprising detail along the way can enjoy this meeting of reflected clouds, grassy shelter and uninterrupted shore.
