Description
Beinn Tarsuinn rises as a sheer grey crag above a still loch, with pine-darkened shores and foreground boulders giving the Highland scene a remote clarity.
Broad vertical rock faces catch pale light across the central summit, broken by narrow green shelves and darker gullies. A line of conifers gathers at the foot of the slope, separating the stone from the silver-blue water. In front, split granite blocks, heather and low grasses frame the loch's smooth edge.
For walkers drawn to Beinn Tarsuinn, the image brings the high ground close to the quieter water below. It recalls the shift from rough, exposed rock to the sheltered edge of a loch, where the mountain remains visible in full above the trees and shore.
