Description
Binnein rises above a still loch, its rocky summit and sunlit slopes reflected in the water beside a dark belt of conifers at dusk.
Cloud banks gather behind the high ridge, leaving long shadows in the gullies and pale streaks across the grass. Flat stones edge the near shore, then the water opens towards a wooded margin and a smaller shoulder of mountain on the right, making the peak feel firmly set within its surroundings.
