Description
Butts Farm Rare Breeds is shown through a close view of a dark pig beside timber fencing, with the farm buildings behind, leaving the view open, calm and easy to remember.
A large black pig stands in a grassy pen near the centre, its pink snout turned towards the viewer. Wooden rails enclose the paddock, with a stone farm building and smaller outbuildings beyond. A leafy tree spreads across the upper frame and shades part of the yard.
Butts Farm Rare Breeds is a working farm in South Cerney, where animals and traditional buildings shape the visitor experience. The close placement of the pig makes the subject unmistakable, while the gates and stone walls establish the farm setting. Visitors may recognise the quiet contact of seeing an animal at the paddock fence beneath the broad tree.
