Chislehurst Caves draws the eye through a warm limestone chamber, where broad archways and a sunlit opening turn the underground interior into an unexpectedly open, golden scene.
Dark rock frames the upper edge of the view, giving way to thick, pale supports and a sequence of rounded openings. A rough paved floor catches broken pools of light, while a squared stone doorway and stacked masonry sit back in shadow.
