Hercules Brabazon Brabazon was a dedicated amateur artist who spent much of his life travelling across Europe, capturing the light and atmosphere of various locations through rapid, fluid watercolour sketches. This work depicts the Generalife in Granada, a site known for its historic gardens and Moorish architecture. Brabazon employs a loose, gestural technique that prioritises the suggestion of form over precise detail.
