Kerry Ridgeway follows a dry-stone wall towards a small white trig point, opening across folded green hills and patchwork fields under a high blue Welsh sky.

Uneven grey stones form a narrow wall that bends along the ridge before dropping out of sight beside the footpath. The white concrete pillar stands at the crest, with darker grassy slopes falling into enclosed fields below. Successive blue ridges fade across the distance, while long cream cloud streaks cross the open upper field.

Walkers on Kerry Ridgeway will recognise how quickly the path turns a close wall and rough turf into a broad view over Powys. The trig point makes a modest destination, holding the route's high ground in place above the farms and valleys spread beneath it.
