Kilmardinny Wood follows a shaded stream beneath mature trees, offering a rich green retreat where dappled light, water and a woodland path set an easy pace.
Tall trunks frame the view like a natural colonnade, their leaves catching warm flecks of sun above a narrow burn. The path runs beside the water before disappearing into deeper shade, with mossy banks and scattered stones giving the scene texture. A glimpse of brighter ground beyond the trees keeps the dense woodland from closing in.
