Description
Maen Achwyfan Cross stands above pale cliffs and blue water, its lichen-marked stone catching the sun against an open sweep of green Welsh hills.
The cross is set on broad squared steps, its dark shaft rising cleanly through soft cream clouds. Behind it, patchwork fields roll towards a low ridge, then fall to a band of chalk-coloured rock at the shore. Strips of calm water and small rocky inlets extend along the coast beneath the distant headland.
