Description
Pinkworthy Pond settles around the reflection of a tall pine, with still green water, waterlilies and soft summer cloud giving the woodland a quiet centre.
Reeds rise from the near bank beside rounded stones, and clusters of lily pads spread across the surface. The central tree has a pale branching trunk and a broad dark canopy, repeated almost whole in the water below. Dense foliage closes the far shore, while cream clouds gather behind the upper branches in a muted sky.
