Description
Porthselau in Pembrokeshire reveals reflective wet sand between scattered rocks, its blue sea and grass-topped cliffs opening towards a sharp green hill beneath the pale clouds of summer.
Porthselau is a small sandy cove on the St Davids peninsula in Pembrokeshire. Shelving rocks border its shore, and the coast path links it with Whitesands. Nearby coastal walks look towards Ramsey Island and the distinctive hill of Carn Llidi.
An empty stretch of wet sand reflects grey-blue cloud beside a large seaweed-covered rock on the left. Smaller stones mark the waterline, where white waves curl into the cove. A grassy cliff rises to the right. Across the blue water, a sharply pointed green hill stands above a patchwork of fields in gentle summer light.
