Description
Yarner Wood is framed by a great spreading tree, with sunlit leaves, ferny ground and a distant sweep of blue water lending the woodland a generous, airy calm.
A pale footpath slips between mossy rocks beneath the canopy, while a second tree stands above layered woodland on the slope below. Fern fronds and small patches of purple flowering plants soften the foreground, and a long ribbon of water opens beyond the far hills under a bright sky.
